1. 配送方法

当サイトは海外発送に対応しております。海外への配送は、**EMS（国際スピード郵便）**のみとさせていただきます。

 

2. 送料のお支払い方法（重要なお願い）

海外への送料は、システムの都合上、自動計算されません。

つきましては、お客様ご自身で、以下の手順にて送料を商品代金に上乗せしていただく必要がございます。

  1. 購入時に、お届け先の国・地域および商品の重量に応じた「EMS送料オプション」を必ずカートに追加し、商品と合わせて決済してください。

  2. 「EMS送料オプション」が選択されていない場合、ご注文は確認の連絡なく自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきます。

  3. 複数の商品をご購入いただくなど、商品の合計重量や地域により、追加で送料のお支払いが必要になる場合は、別途メールにてご連絡し、追加決済をお願いする場合がございます。

 

3. 送料の目安

EMSの送料は、お届け先の地域（ゾーン）および商品の重量により異なります。

具体的な料金は、日本郵便の公式サイト、または当サイトの「EMS料金表」をご確認ください。

地域例重量（500gまで）重量（1.0kgまで）

アジア（中国、韓国など）1,900円3,150円

北米、オセアニア、中近東2,750円4,200円

ヨーロッパ3,150円4,700円

上記は2025年12月時点の料金例です。正確な料金は商品確定後に適用されます。

 

4. 海外発送の注意事項

  • 関税・その他費用について：

    発送先の国・地域で発生する関税、輸入消費税、その他の費用（通関手数料など）は、すべて**お客様のご負担（受取人払い）**となります。

  • お届けまでの日数：

    国内発送とは異なり、通関手続きなどのため、お届けまでにお時間をいただく場合がございます。

  • 禁止品目：

    発送先の国・地域で輸入が禁止されている品物（特にリチウム電池、食品、アルコール類など）が含まれる場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

  • 住所の正確性：

    お届け先の住所（英語表記）に不備があった場合、配達遅延や返送の原因となります。ご注文前に必ずご確認をお願いいたします。

✈️ International Shipping (EMS)

1. Shipping Method

We currently offer international shipping. All international orders will be shipped exclusively via EMS (Express Mail Service).

 

2. Payment Method for Shipping Fees (Important)

Due to system limitations, the international shipping fee is not calculated automatically at checkout.

Therefore, customers are required to manually select and add the corresponding shipping fee to the total product price following the steps below:

  • When purchasing, you must add the correct "EMS Shipping Option" to your cart, corresponding to your delivery country/region and the product's estimated weight, and check out with the item.

  • If the "EMS Shipping Option" is not selected, your order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

  • If your order involves multiple items or if the actual weight/region results in an additional charge, we will contact you via email to arrange for the supplementary payment.

 

3. Estimated Shipping Fees (EMS)

EMS shipping costs vary depending on the destination region (zone) and the weight of the product(s).

Please check the Japan Post official website or our dedicated "EMS Price Chart" for specific rates.

The above are examples of rates as of December 2025. The exact fee will be applied upon final order confirmation.

 

4. Important International Shipping Notes

Customs Duties and Other Charges:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees (such as customs clearance fees) incurred in the destination country/region are entirely the customer's responsibility (to be paid by the recipient).

 

Delivery Time:

Delivery may take longer than domestic shipping due to customs procedures and local delivery conditions.

 

Prohibited Items:

If your order includes items prohibited from import by the destination country/region (especially lithium batteries, food products, alcohol, etc.), your order may be subject to cancellation.

 

Address Accuracy:

Inaccuracies in the delivery address (English notation) may cause delivery delays or the return of the package. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
